MIXER

M Series

FEN MX series represent advanced and flexible mixing systems. The ours are loaded into this unit either manually or through a silo with an automatic weighing system. 

COATING DRUM

SSD Series

The coating drum allows to uniformly spread with sweet/savoury syrup the surface of the product. The drum is entirely made of stainless steel and its rotating speed and inclination angle can be varied in order to match any kind of coating target. 

HIGH FRICTION COOKER EXTRUDER

DE Series

DE Series are extruders specifically designed to produce: sweet or savoury coated puffed products; sweet coextruded bars and pillows; other direct expanded products (e.g. cracottes). 

COOLER

CV Series

After the drying process, pellets need to be rapidly cooled in order to reach a condition of thermohygrometric equilibrium and to avoid water condensation during their storage. 

DRYING DRUM

CCD Series

This unit is used to dry puffed products after the extrusion. It is composed of a rotary drum with internal profiles which mix the product during the drying process. 

AIR COOKING SYSTEM

ACS Series

In this unit, the product is heated by a hot air ow which is evenly distributed inside the machine. It is used for products that require a fast drying process with high temperature.

SYRUP MIXING TANKS

SMT Series

The Syrup preparation group, entirely made of stainless steel, is composed of two melting tanks that work alternatively in order to ensure the continuity of the process.
